- Acting for a family-owned housebuilder around the acquisition, planning, regeneration and disposal of a mixed-use scheme near Fleet, Hampshire. The deal structure involved retaining the commercial element and deferring payments for the purchase of the site.
- Acting for a privately owned housebuilder specialising in the construction of new homes across the south-east of England. The client wanted to buy a 24-acre development site in Clacton-on-Sea, Essex valued at £53 million. Part of the major mixed-use Brook Park West development, the project will deliver 200 dwellings, including highways infrastructure and recreational open space.
- Advising a property developer on all of their real estate acquisitions, including the recent purchase of a former office block in Slough valued at £34 million. The conversion of the existing 74,422 sq ft office footprint was key to their long-term development strategy, delivering 89 residential units with additional scope for further development.
