Charity

In order to impact and drive sustainable change, we collaborate with community organisations working to tackle important societal issues. Every two years, our people vote to select a charity aligned to our business and our values to support through giving, fundraising and volunteering. This means it is true to our purpose as a firm and we all come together for the same goal to gain maximum impact.

In 2022, our people voted to support Making the Leap. Making the Leap is a London-based charity that improves social mobility by raising the aspirations of, and increasing opportunities for, young people from less-advantaged socio-economic backgrounds in the UK.

As a firm, we're committed to providing a range of support to encourage our people to share their time, skills and talent to benefit the local community:

• Our dedicated Charity Committee champion engagement and lead volunteering and fundraising activity across the firm.
• We give our employees a volunteer day each year to contribute their time and talent towards a charitable cause of their choice.
• We match funds raised by our people for our charity partner up to a maximum of £20,000 per year.
• We offer a payroll giving scheme that enables our people to contribute to charity directly out of their gross pay.
