Aleem is a senior associate advising on all aspects of real estate development, with a focus on residential let mixed-use schemes. He has experience dealing with complicated conditional contracts with sales and planning overage, option agreements, regeneration agreements, freehold reversion sales, affordable housing agreements, and serviced land sale agreements. Recently he has advised a wholly-owned subsidiary of a London borough on its acquisition of approximately 15 sites worth over £27 million (and a gross developed value of over £254 million). These will be redeveloped for mixed-use, with a focus on the private rented sector.
