Alternative dispute resolution

If you are a consumer client, have contracted with this firm via electronic methods only i.e. email, you are unhappy with the service provided and we have not been able to resolve your complaint, you are entitled to submit your complaint to an alternative dispute resolution body via the European Commission official website. Please note however that we are not obliged to agree to the use of an alternative dispute resolution process.
