Hugh is co-founder of M&T, one of Europe’s leading hotel advisory and management companies. He has over 30 years' experience in the lodging sector. After spending 15 years in marketing, he ran over 30 hotels as a Vice President for Hilton Hotels.Hugh became CEO of a private asset management company, owning a chain of 58 UK hotels under the Marriott and Hilton flags. He has held several industry roles including Chairman of The Hotel Marketing Association, Chairman of Visit England and a Director of Visit Britain. In 2008, he was awarded an OBE for services to tourism and hospitality.

Sarah Green is a hotel finance professional with many years of experience in funding and developing hotels. Having worked at both Barclays and RBS where she specialized in development finance for branded hotels, she then spent almost 5 years at Hilton as Development Director, UK & Ireland. Sarah is a founding director of HotelFinance, a niche debt advisory business that helps borrowers raise debt for hotel development, acquisition and refinance. Her extensive experience in hotel lending, hotel brands and the negotiation of Franchise & Management Agreements gives her unique insight into the needs of all stakeholders involved in financing hotels.

Alex started his hotel career at Savills in 1999, and after successful periods at Knight Frank and heading the hotel agency team, was approached to re-join Savills as a Director in 2018.With approximately 25 years of property experience, Alex advises private and institutional clients in the acquisition and disposal of hotel businesses throughout the UK. Alex's role includes hotel valuation, residual development appraisals, hotel development and operator selection.His experience has focused on the London hotel market. He's advised clients on numerous transactions of hotels, serviced apartments, investments and hotel developments, within a price range of £1M to £90M.
