Anoushka Nehra is a solicitor specialising in trust and estate disputes. She represents clients in a range of domestic and international disputes concerning wills, trusts and estates.

Anoushka is a solicitor in the Trusts and Estates Disputes team. She advises both claimants and defendants in a full range of complex estate and trust-related disputes, including:

  • Will challenges
  • Trust and estate administration disputes
  • Claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975
  • Applications for the removal of executors and trustees
  • Court of Protection disputes

Anoushka read Law with French Law at university, and has an intermediate proficiency in French. She has experience working on a number of cross-border disputes.

Anoushka is undertaking the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS) course for qualified solicitors. She is also a member of ConTrA, the Contentious Trusts Association.

Recent work

  • Acted for a Personal Representative in a settlement in respect of a claim under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) 1975 Act made by the spouse of the Deceased.
  • Acted for the Deceased's spouse in a dispute with the Deceased's adult children in respect of their claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) 1975 Act and challenges to the Deceased's last will.
  • Acted for the Deceased's minor children in defending a claim under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) 1975 intimated by the Deceased's partner.
