- Assisting on the property aspects of a c£39 million corporate purchase, the main assets being two mixed use, multi-let buildings in prime central London.
- Acting for a buyer on the property aspects of a forward funding development of a distribution warehouse in the South West to be let to a supermarket for a purchase price of c£8 million.
- Advising on the acquisition of a mixed use building in prime central London registered across two freehold titles and subject to a retail lease for a purchase price of £10 million.
- Acting on numerous high-value lettings and pre-let arrangements for a landed estate in the office and retail sectors.
- Advising a landlord on the surrender of four head lease interests in prime central London subject to occupational retail and office leases.
- Acting on the purchase of an industrial estate in Exeter subject to and with the benefit of a retail lease to a well-known home improvements retailer for c£11.5 million.
- Acting for a Guernsey property company on the reorganisation of various tenants of its industrial park in Lincolnshire, dealing with the pre-let arrangements and all aspects of the exit and arrival of the outgoing and incoming tenants.
