Emily Vandenberg is a solicitor in residential and commercial real estate disputes. She specialises in landlord and tenant disputes, complex residential possession matters and breaches of covenant.

Emily acts for both individuals and corporations in all types of property and real estate disputes across many sectors.

For commercial landlords and tenants, Emily acts on opposed and unopposed business lease renewals, break notices, dilapidations, forfeiture and breaches of covenant.

For residential landlords and tenants, Emily advises on possession matters, including trespass, licences, alms houses, guardianships and tenancy agreements, service charge disputes, breaches of covenant and rent arrears claims.

Emily also advises on claims of unauthorised alterations and disrepair, as well as adverse possession.

Emily also supports guardian companies, advising on contractual arrangements with the building owner, claims by and against guardians, and in possession claims.

Emily prides herself on giving no nonsense, pragmatic and commercial advice to her clients, helping them to secure the best possible result.
