Erica is a banking and finance associate with a practice focus on real estate finance and creditor enforcement.
Erica advises both lenders and borrowers on a broad range of domestic and cross boarder finance related transactions, with a particular focus on real estate finance. She acts for banks, institutional lenders, alternative lenders, as well as a range of borrowers on both syndicated and bilateral real estate finance and general corporate lending facilities across a number of sectors.
Erica also advises clients on security enforcement strategies, restructuring options, and insolvency procedures.
Taking a pragmatic and commercial approach, Erica enjoys building strong relationships with clients in order to understand their business and deliver effective solutions.
