Fiona Yeoh

Fiona Yeoh is a trainee in the Capital Markets team, acting for venture capital trusts and investment trusts on admissions to the London Stock Exchange and subsequent fundraising.

Fiona assists the team on a variety of corporate matters including new launches, secondary fundraisings and consolidations. She also provides general corporate advice to start-up businesses including company structuring, facility agreement advice and shareholder agreements.

Fiona was previously part of the IP and Commercial Team, providing advisory support in relation to all forms of registered and unregistered IP rights including trade marks, copyright and design rights, as well as non-contentious commercial work.

Before joining Howard Kennedy, Fiona worked as a paralegal within the Investment Funds team at a leading international law firm. She supported the team in all aspects of the structuring, fundraising and operation of private investment funds as well as assisted clients with minority interest sales and the execution of secondary transactions.

Fiona also has an extensive commercial background within the brand and retail sector prior to her career in law, working with creative agencies and leading brands in the licensing industry.
