Hinesh has worked within legal regulation, and the risk and compliance sector since 2006. He gained his experience working for the Solicitors Regulation Authority and several international law firms.
Hinesh is responsible for the firm's risk and compliance arrangements. He works closely with the firm's Management Committee and all Business Services Heads, to ensure robust and effective compliance arrangements are in place.
Hinesh and his team ensure that the firm operates in accordance with its regulatory obligations, protecting the firm, its employees and its clients.
Hinesh enjoys following all sports, particularly Football and Cricket. He is also a drummer, playing traditional Indian drums as well as acoustic drums.
