Irena Molloy is a member of the firm's Management Committee and Board, collectively responsible for the day-to-day running of the business. She oversees strategy execution, and the delivery of the responsible business strategy and people strategy.
Irena is committed to the delivery of Howard Kennedy's six strategic focus areas: growth, people, clients, reputation, smart working and responsible business. These have been designed to deliver the firm's vision and take it from strength to strength.
She is dedicated to the development of an enviable culture, driven by the firm's values: Talk Straight; Think Smart; Be Yourself.
Irena also acts as HR Director, overseeing the direction and strategy of HR and development.
Irena was a county swimmer as a young teenager. She is half Greek and one of six children. She spent her younger years as an expat in Oman, Dubai and Cyprus.
