About

Jack is a trainee solicitor in the Real Estate Dispute Resolution team, acting for landlords and tenants across a range of contentious property matters.

Jack assists the team with business lease renewals, forfeiture claims, residential possession proceedings, commercial dilapidations and adverse possession.

Before beginning his training contract, Jack spent two years as a Paralegal in the Banking and Real Estate Finance team. Here he worked on a variety of matters from refinancing to large portfolio acquisitions.

Jack is also a member of Howard Kennedy's charity committee and works with the firm's key charity, Making the Leap, to promote social mobility.

  • Negotiating commercial leases for British and European brands across London.
  • Recently assisted in the launch of a number of VCTs to the London Stock Exchange.
  • Advised a prominent British football club on its online disclosure requirements as a unlisted public company.
  • Worked on Lendhub Limited's £13m refinance of a large mixed portfolio.
