Jenna is a solicitor within the Real Estate Dispute Resolution Team. She advises and assists on a wide range of contentious issues. This includes dealing with both residential and commercial property.
Jenna assists a variety of clients operating across many real estate dispute resolution sectors, including retail and leisure, as well as private individuals. These can include landlords, tenants and developers.
She has particular experience in complex residential possession matters involving issues such as trespass, rent arrears, harassment, breaches of covenant and illegal/immoral use.
Her residential experience also extends to boundary disputes, adverse possession and right to manage claims.
She also has experience on acting and advising on a wide range of commercial matters including forfeiture, break notices, opposed and unopposed lease renewals and dilapidation.
Jenna is a keen runner and has even done a charity run alongside Mo Farah.
