Did you know
Jim Fairlie is a solicitor in the Commercial Dispute Resolution team.
Jim supports clients on a wide range of matters, including contractual disputes, civil fraud, negligence, shareholder disputes and insolvency for both corporate and individual clients.
He also assists clients in alternative dispute resolution, including mediations and arbitration alongside his litigation work in the courts of England and Wales.
Beyond his day-to-day work in the Commercial Dispute Resolution team, Jim takes an active role in Howard Kennedy IGNITE, a group dedicated to supporting start-up firms in their journey to success. He is adept at helping such businesses navigating tricky disputes which can hinder internal operations and commercial success.

Jim's hobbies include freediving and underwater rugby.
