She assists clients with issuing papers on the same day upon receipt of new reservation forms, proactively following up with the buyers' solicitors to progress active sales to exchange, drafting responses to enquiries promptly to meet the firm's policy of responding within 48 hours, exchanging contracts and following up with deposit and construction sum payments and dealing with matters from pre-completion through to post-completion.
She trains new paralegals joining the department and co-created a detailed training programme for a group of legal administrators who have recently joined our department.
