Did you know
Laura Williamson is a professional support lawyer in the Real Estate department. She has over 10 years' post-qualification experience in commercial and mixed-use development, leases and investment sales and purchases.
Laura is part of the Knowledge Management team and provides valuable support to real estate fee earners in a number of areas including legal updates, training, precedents, technical queries and business development campaigns.
Prior to becoming a professional support lawyer, Laura gained experience as a transactional real estate lawyer working on complex development deals. Being part of the Knowledge Management team has given her the opportunity to pass on legal knowledge gained from experience to the next generation of talented real estate lawyers. It has also helped her develop new skills in support of the business, particularly in the field of professional training.
Before training as a solicitor, Laura clocked up over 15,000 nautical miles offshore sailing, including crossing the Pacific in a 35 foot yacht.
