Matt is the Non-Executive Director at Howard Kennedy and a former senior partner at strategy consultants Bain & Company.
Matt had a 25 year career in the strategy consulting industry, and was a Partner at Marakon Associates and then Bain & Company. Since 2016, he has been an independent adviser, and has served on the Boards of Chetwood Financial, a leading UK Fintech bank, Nardello & Co, an elite investigations firm headquartered in New York, and the Institute of Strategic Studies, a world-leading authority on global security, political risk and military conflict.
He is a Partner and co-Founder of executive coaching firm Altair, and also Chairs the visual arts institution Nottingham Contemporary.
Matt is an avid cook, Barrys Bootcamp addict, and contemporary art fanatic.
