Olivia is currently a third seat trainee lawyer in the Commercial Disputes Resolution team.
Olivia assists with a wide range of commercial litigation matters, including contract-based disputes, negligence and arbitration, with a particular focus on the media sector.
Olivia's second seat was in the Family team where she assisted on a variety of family law issues, particularly in relation to divorce and financial proceedings as well as children matters and nuptial agreements. Olivia's first seat was in the Business Crime and Regulations department where she supported the team on extradition, internal investigations and representing high net worth individuals on general crime cases.
Before starting her training contract, Olivia was a Senior Paralegal in the Banking and Real Estate Finance department. She assisted with numerous transactions for lenders providing both short and long-term loans to individuals and corporate borrowers.
Olivia spent the summer of 2023 travelling around South East Asia which made her other passion – watching Liverpool FC – a bit tricky.
