Ron Khujneri is a trainee lawyer in the Intellectual Property & Commercial team assisting on a wide range of matters relating to IP rights, including contentious and non-contentious commercial work.  

Ron is currently a third seat Trainee in the IP & Commercial team providing advisory support in relation to all forms of registered and unregistered IP rights including trade marks, copyright and design rights, as well as non-contentious commercial work.

In his previous seat in Banking & Real Estate Finance, he assisted with a variety of matters for both lender and borrower clients, including real estate and development finance, corporate finance, refinancing and redemption. His work involved facilitating the progression of transactions as well as drafting and reviewing finance documentation.

Ron also previously sat in the Mergers & Acquisitions team, assisting on corporate transactions and procedures from instruction to completion. His workload included drafting, negotiating and finalising contracts, as well as helping with research and supporting documentation.

Having worked as a paralegal for three years, Ron is also experienced in assisting with a range of litigious matters including shareholder disputes, general contractual disputes, civil fraud and contentious insolvency.

He takes a commercial and numerical approach to his work, owing to his brief time in investment banking, which aids in delivering detailed and streamlined advice to clients.
