Shona Chandarana is a solicitor in the Mergers & Acquisitions Team and advises clients on a broad range of corporate matters.
Shona can advise on a wide range of transactional and non-transactional corporate work, including share and asset sales and acquisitions, corporate real estate deals, joint ventures, private equity investments, corporate restructuring and general company law matters.
Shona trained at Howard Kennedy, completing seats in Commercial Property, Capital Markets, M&A and Real Estate Dispute Resolution.
Shona's main interest is travelling. She spent six months after university travelling solo through 10 different countries.
