Our firm can assist you with a number of immigration applications.
Our firm can assist you with a number of immigration applications. The costs of those applications are often linked to the number of hours involved in preparing the application, submitting the application and then advising on the outcome of the application.
The number of hours required for each application will depend on the circumstances in your case, such as:
- The amount of supporting evidence that we need to consider.
- Which language(s) you speak.
- Whether you are applying with other dependants.
- How many meetings you feel you need.
- Whether or not you provide instructions in a timely and reasonable manner.
- Whether or not you have any criminal convictions or other credibility issues.
- Whether or not you have a complete travel and immigration history.
The work will involve:
- Discussing your circumstances in detail and confirming whether the most appropriate application for you to make and any other options that may be available to you;
- Giving you advice about the requirements of the law and whether you meet the criteria;
- Considering one set of supporting documents;
- Preparing your application and submitting it on your behalf;
- Giving you advice about the outcome of the application and any further steps you may need to take.
