• Domicile in the UK and India: What this means for you, your property and succession planning, including if you move or live between jurisdictions. We will look at a number of different scenarios, including an individual who was born and raised in India, but has now settled in the UK and what this means for their domicile status and succession planning.
• Tax and Real Estate in the UK: An insight into what you need to consider if you already have or are transferring wealth into the UK, particularly to acquire residential property. We will also look at the regulatory framework in place in India. A brief update will follow on how the UK property market is at the moment and what this could look like post Brexit.
