Howard Kennedy continues to grow real estate offering

We're pleased to welcome Beth Myers, who joins the firm as a Partner in the Real Estate team. Beth has over 15 years' experience in the commercial real estate sector.

Her practice encompasses commercial landlord and tenant, real estate investment acquisitions and disposals and corporate real estate for a variety of London-focussed and London-based clients. These include landed estates, charities, property companies, private high net worth investors and offshore companies.

Beth also acts for several clients who have portfolios of commercial premises across the UK providing them with insight and advice on all aspects of lettings and asset management, sales and acquisitions and development.
